Bentir Sarah Alma

               
Biography  

Sarah is a PhD scholar supported by the DOST-SEI Foreign Graduate Scholarship to pursue her doctoral studies at Kyoto University. Her research focuses on hydrological modeling, reservoir operation, and decision support systems for sustainable water management in the Angat–Umiray River Basin system in the Philippines. Alongside her doctoral studies, she serves as a faculty member at Bulacan State University. From 2014 to 2022, she also worked as a University Researcher for DOST-PCIEERD projects through Mapúa University. She earned her Master of Science in Computer Science in 2017 under the DOST-ERDT Scholarship and her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2013. From 2011 to 2013, she was an active student leader and received a leadership award for her service.
